F.I.C. Veneto Disputati a Treviso i Campionati Veneti Indoor 2023 – 13° Memorial Renzo Sambo e 6° Trofeo Alberto Casagrande

Domenica 5 febbraio U.S. si sono svolti i Campionati Regionali Veneti Indoor 2023, intitolati come sempre alla memoria dell’indimenticabile Renzo Sambo (“Memorial” giunto alla 13ª edizione) nel corso dei quali è stato anche consegnato il 6° “Trofeo Alberto Casagrande” al primo atleta classificato nella categoria under19 maschile.
Grandissimo successo per questa ufficiale apertura del calendario agonistico regionale 2023, grazie all’ottima organizzazione del Circolo Ospedalieri di Treviso (in collaborazione con il Comitato Veneto – FIC), alla spettacolare location del Palasport di San Biagio di Callalta (TV) che ha ospitato la manifestazione ed al super commento tecnico, che ha accompagnato tutte le gare, del pluri-olimpionico Rossano Galtarossa.
Oltre 150 atleti, appartenenti a quasi tutti i sodalizi della Regione Veneto presenti all’evento, si sono dati battaglia nelle 29 gare complessive del programma disputate su remoergometro.
La società che ha conquistato più Titoli di Campione Regionale 2023 è stata la Canottieri Padova, i cui atleti sono saliti per 4 volte sul gradino più alto del podio, 2 Titoli Regionali Indoor a testa sono stati conquistati da Canottieri Bardolino, Canottieri Giudecca, DLF Treviso ed 1 Titolo a testa da Ospedalieri Treviso e Padovacanottaggio.
Oltre alle prove valide per il Campionato Regionale, si sono svolte anche delle gare riservate alle categorie allievi B, allievi C e master.
Alle premiazioni ha presenziato il Sindaco del Comune di San Biagio di Callalta (TV) Alberto Cappelletto, accompagnato dall’Assessore allo Sport Marco Mion.
Lo speciale Trofeo in vetro del 13° “Memorial Renzo Sambo” è stato conquistato dalla Canottieri Padova, società vincitrice della classifica a punti, che ha preceduto nell’ordine i padroni di casa degli Ospedalieri Treviso e la Canottieri Bardolino.
Il “Trofeo Alberto Casagrande” è stato invece consegnato a Giacomo Cappelletto del D.L.F. Treviso, vincitore del Titolo Regionale Indoor 2023 nella categoria junior maschile.
